Cynthia Shilkret is an experienced Human Resources and career development professional with over 14 years experience working for a major public utility, an international airline, two non-profit vocational services agencies, and two community colleges as adjunct faculty. As a nationally certified career counselor, she has coached, counseled, and trained a wide socio-economically and ethnically diverse client base including executives, employees in transition, students, rehabilitation program participants, and immigrants.
She developed an award winning career development program which supports 15,000+ employees providing on-line career services, career coaching, counseling and training. Services provided include return-to-college advisement, job search skills, work-life balance training, pre-retirement planning, performance management coaching, and consulting and training for succession planning and leadership development program participants.
Cynthia has held leadership roles including manager, project manager, and internal human resources consultant as well as career counselor and coach.
