Career Counselor and Lead Clinician
Sarah is a career counselor working with individuals who want to explore options in order to best fulfill their career needs and desires.
Sarah understands the challenges as well as the excitement of embarking on a career exploration process. She is dedicated to assisting, guiding and working with individuals during these challenging, sometimes confusing and often exciting times.
Sarah has worked in career development in non-profit and community college settings with experience assisting adults from various professional backgrounds as well as students and recent college graduates. Her training and experience in career counseling provides her with a solid foundation in adult career transition strategies and assessment. She also has first hand experience of career change as she made her own transition to career development coming from a legal background. Her experience in previous occupations allows for her to connect with a variety of individuals and to provide a strong background in the career exploration process.
Sarah has a Master of Science in Counseling, Career Counseling from California State University, Northridge and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She is a member of California Career Development Association, California Association of Career Development, and National Career Development Association.
